Throughout his 40 years of ministry, it has been Carter's passion to see this generation come into a personal encounter with God’s manifest presence, to stay fascinated with the ways of God and to live a supernatural life, with each person learning their life's purpose and call in Christ wherever the find their vocation.
Equip and empower…
Carter longs to equip a generation of Holy Spirit-empowered people to see the nations of the earth, in their diverse cultures, come into their God-given assignments so Christ can receive His inheritance.
Carter was privileged to work with Life Publishers distributing the Book of Hope in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia and also in Iceland. He’s pictured with Elena Ashaeva, Maria Stankiewicz and Vladimir Ashaeva, all recipients of the Book of Hope and all in ministry today.
Psalms 67:2-4 Send us out all over the world so that everyone everywhere will discover Your ways and know who You are and see Your power to save. 3 Let all the nations burst forth with praise; let everyone everywhere love and enjoy You! 4 Then how glad the nations will be when You are their King. Something close to Carter’s heart and in his DNA is prayer. The Lord prompted him to call the churches of Sonoma County, California to gather for a 10 day/24 hour prayer event in 2002. The many churches and leaders graciously united in this effort to accomplish it! In 2011 again, many people gathered in India to participate for 5 days of 24 hour prayer and worship.
Also close to Carter’s heart is missions. As youth pastors Carter and Diana took youth on many missions trips to the nations, of Canada, Mexico, Russia, and Iceland. In 2004, Carter began going on missions trips with Global Awakening and he is still going! Here he was greatly impacted and received amazing impartation and activation in healing the sick. He has seen God do amazing miracles right before his eyes. He has come to love to not only pray for the sick but to train people in healing the sick.
Currently he is working behind the scenes on the “next level” of his ministry to partner to fulfill Psalms 2:8 in making Christ’s inheritance “our mission.” This will include many of Carter’s passions: prayer, training, healing and more in the nations!
Carter and Diana host a Youtube live teaching amazing Biblical lessons to “Fascinate Your Spirit!” Carter says, “Supernatural stories of the Bible should be viewed as an invitation from God to discover the reality of His Kingdom.”
Carter and Diana have been married for over 45 years. They have four beautiful daughters, 3 son-in-loves and 8 grandchildren. They currently reside in beautiful central California.
